I just bought a 2 year old black car that had some decent swirling in the finish.  I got a good deal on it, so I thought I could pay to do a paint correction and still be way ahead because otherwise the car was in great shape.  I was expecting it to be a few hundred dollars, but Jorge came out and looked at it and thought I would be fine with a much less costly service.  He did a couple of test patches on the car and I felt the less expensive service did everything I was wanting.  So within 2 hours and a little over $100 later, my car looks great.
I really appreciate these guys listening to what I was wanting and educating me on the available processes and what each would accomplish.  They could have just came out and done the more expensive process and took my money, but they didn't.  I believe Exclusive Detail operates with a level of honesty and integrity that isn't common in service industries these days.
