They Say "Most Businesses start from someone having a great passion for that field." Ours is no different. it started when i was probably 7-8 years old, my dad would religiously wash his car weekly. I found a interest then in always doing the interior and making the dash shine and look like new. I never knew something so small and simple then would grow into what Rise And Shine Detailing is. My Dad never had a cool hot rod or sweet muscle car, he just had a basic Oldsmobile Alero. But, he would teach me you need to take care of your stuff and i found it a great way to bond (except when he'd always get on me about missing a spot or not doing it good enough)
So, from that point the seed was planted and i always had a obsession for making cars shine. As, i grew up i worked countless other jobs from retail manager to being a ASE mechanic. From, all these jobs i learned great skills but also heard customers always complain about other businesses. It felt like as the years went on the customer service went down, it seemed more places wanted your money but didn't want to help you with issues if you had them. But, at this point i still didn't think of having a business. i started detailing on the weekends and on the weekdays overnight when i got off from being a mechanic, for the first couple of years. It was fun but also exhausting, then as it started gaining traction i finally hit a crossroad. Take the leap of faith or stay in my comfort zone. So, with $84.00 left in my bank account i took the leap of faith and started Rise And Shine Detailing Full-Time on a cold November Day in the middle of winter. Thinking i could take all I've learned over these years and actually build a business that put the customer first again. My goal was and still is to make a customer feel comfortable and educated with how they're spending their money. I've always felt that you work hard for your money and if you're paying for a service you should get your moneys worth.
As i strive to be the best for my customers and to make the detailing process easy and seamless. i also stand by all our work and if there ever is any issues i won't make you jump through hoops to try and get a solution. I truly appreciate every customer, theres so many places to choose and i'm thankful for everyone that supports us.
